A tattooed stencil or a stencil tattoo? History comes alive through this art. What do you think of this history tattoo made in my new style? . The famous painting of Napoleon, immortalized through ink. My first attempt to use my stencil lines as a part of a finished tattoo. As a tattoo artist who loves classical and modern art I always try to find new ways of creating art on the skin, and this technique allows me to finish bigger tattoos in less time while keeping some part of the tattoo realistic and extremely detailed and the rest simplified as a linear tattoo. . I would love to do more tattoos in this new style, combining realism and line work with red color, hit me up! Full back ideas and arm sleeve projects are always welcome 😉

Started a cool neck tattoo for @drakekemper recently, based on the Last Supper painting 🔥 Here’s my step-by-step breakdown of the first session: At first we tested my barber’s skills. Ways to learn for sure, but not the worst result 😅 Drake already had the front side of his neck tattooed, so my goal was to finish the rest of the neck, and fit the image between the wings. I decided to split the stencil into three parts to help it wrap around the neck better. The middle part with Jesus went first, then the sides. The right side’s leveling didn’t look right to me, so I erased that part with alcohol and Bactine, and re-applied the stencil. At first I thought about just keeping the middle part of the table under Jesus, but then figured out the right way to warp/bend the table so it wraps around the neck nicely 👌🏽 Then I mapped out the whole thing and packed some darker parts of the image (and somehow forgot to take pictures of it afterwards). Anyway - will post it once we’re done! Let me know what you think in the comments, or if you have any questions on my process 😉

Restoration of an old tattoo. Swipe to see the original (not done by me), and the end result. I’ve basically redrawn the whole piece, adjusted the contrast (as much as possible with the older tattoo), added a lot of small details and textures, some additional elements, filled the gaps. What do you think? 🤔

Nautical half sleeve tattoo for Rich 💪 The anchor/compass are 4 years old, everything else is new. The old map is especially peculiar, with many places having different names back then. Some photos were taken with Leica M6J + 50mm Elmar and Amber T800 film. What do you think of the tattoo and the look of the photos? 🤔
