Here’s a lil peek at the Kitsune & Phoenix backpiece I’m currently working on. (In progress) Thx E 🖤 In Japanese folklore, kitsune are seen as symbols of transformation, wisdom, and duality. As messengers of Inari, the deity of prosperity and fertility, they represent protection and abundance, offering blessings to those who respect them. Kitsune embody the balance of light and shadow, as their shapeshifting nature reflects the constant dance between deception and truth, playfulness and enlightenment. Pomegranate potion is perfect for this time of year as we descend into the underworld seasons of Autumn & Winter 🌚✨ Historically, potions were precursors to modern medicine. Today, they evoke curiosity about the blurred line between real-world chemistry and mystical potential. They have long been a staple in mythology, folklore and literature and being ripe with alchemy and transformation they have and always will open up portals into other worlds, perception of self and new possibilities.
