It’s hard to believe it’s been 14 years since we lost Billy Eason. Billy’s influence on our convention is immeasurable. For 18 years, he carried the torch, bringing the world’s best tattoo artists to Richmond and helping shape this event into what it is today. His dedication to the tattoo community and his vision for the convention set the stage for everything we do here.

Without Billy, none of this would be possible. He brought the best of the best together—both at the convention and at his legendary @reddragontattoorva shop—and created a space where tattooing could truly thrive. We owe so much to him, and his legacy is still felt every year we gather.

Billy, you will always be a part of this. We’re forever grateful and will never forget your impact 🖤
