We are both huge fans of fans. 😍 My client came to me with slight discoloration and texture on her sternum from PCOS and said I could do whatever would be pretty and badass. So here we are, taking the existing vertical lines of texture she had and turning them into the tassles of this beautiful fan adornment. This one is inspired by Chinese design.
