Sneeek and peony tadooo, love this combo and human who wears this doodle noodle, got some healed photos recently, swipe for the settled in version and the floral that I used for reference from my slow to grow garden space. I’d say I’m late to post, but I can’t wrap my head around how that’s a real construct of time. My time in the city is becoming much more limited while I settle into my west Ottawa doodle shack, I really appreciate the humans who have been able to come and spend time out in my area and making it feel pretty rad indeed. Anyway, Thanks for looking!

Two towers, one for the daylight one for the moonlight. Loved making these ornamental towers all wrapped up in her radiant Gothic vibrations. I'm so glad we reconnected, definitely didn't expect this region in the valley to be harboring so many magical humans, but ain't that the way! Thanks for looking and supporting!

Healed photos on a wonderfully enchanting human! Time is a wild construct and I have no idea when and how but we're here now and I couldn't be more stoked about our time spent together making tattoos. Life is a real trip to say the least! All these flowers I grew and got to make into a tattoo! That's really cool for me, and just fun to be able to nerd out about plants and all that fun jazz, Looking forward to our next project, and year round Halloween candies! Writing and "speaking" on Instagram always feels so awkward and strange, but this platform has brought some wonderful people to my studio space, so here I am, using terms that date me, healed photos that slow the roll and drawing as much by hand like the world doesn't want hyper productivity and nameless "canvas's" (hate that term) plastered all over the algorithm, as if tattoo'n could become so mainstream and cold. My hand is gentle and my heart bold and that's always the goal, to keep it human in a robotic world of more more more. If I banked my career on followers and likes as opposed to word of mouth and respects it would be a bleak perspective to carry indeed, You, my clients who indulge, who trust, but who offer their genuine selves is what keeps the job kindred. And of course, I thank-you. Cause keeping it real truly is the best rebellion. And certainly my kinda peeeps!

One of my favorite pieces from somewhat recently, I got a chance to grab some healed photos so I decided to post about it. All tattooers know that vibe when a client comes in hot with the do whatever you think will be decent train, makes ya sweat, makes ya excited! Even better when they are tougher than you and go ham in one day! What a cool project and even rader human whos been there since my early baby tatter tot days. I'd say sorry for late posting or not sharing more consistently but I gotta admit, this online world is but a slim fraction of the world I roll out in, likely the same for many others. remaining a word of mouth kinda artist always plays out better for myself, but clearly I like to gab! And because my followers are likely people I've tattooed or found me through a human who I tattooed Im sure your plenty aware of my blathering and rambles! And if the online world has brought us together it can't all be content serving and algorithm praising. So I thank you for your support, patience and love for your local artists alike.

Fox and florals for a wonderful client who's always a pleasure to tattoo and create together. In my efforts to post healed photos alongside day of I realized we had about a full year in-between the first image, the terrible quality video I took, and the last, which is pretty good to show how the colours and line work has settled in. Two different locations, and lighting is of course different to., I really appreciate the opportunity to show my art in this path and my super rad clients who are in it for the long haul, in a world of instant online click clack swipe on to the next it's my little way of showing the long term in tattooing and art of it all, Thank you for being a part of it, truly.

Healed skull and florals on a regular client who always brings the treats and banging ideas, great sessions just feel like everything is a-okay in that time spent. Bones and florals be just so sweet and delightful to make, especially now that I've got 3d printed skull reference to work with and my magic garden projects in my yard are starting to pay off, love this combo so dang much, add a butterfly and tuck me ya feel?

More ankle bitters! I love this placement and wish that I didn't spend so much time tattooing my own leg when I was young so that I could have room to sport both of these bad boys, but alas! These lotuses are ornamental and inspired by of course the river in which they grow, having them close to the ground blossoming upwards into the sky, feels oh so symbolic, Very water sign. But they also just look great, and I'm so glad that you folks have been scooping them up, there are a handful available and I love making them custom for each person. I did also design these with growth in mind, to continue up the leg with additions other blossoming lotuses, insects and mammals, amphibians you name em, The option of growth is always there. But they also stand alone, singular as well! Last photo was taken past summer out paddling. A little blue and green during our winterized times. Weeeeoooo!

Reminders of warm summer days, got to get not one but two sets of healed photos, maybe three .. but non the less one of these photos was from August of last year, and the others just a couple weeks ago, this patchwork leg sleeve,, pants sleeve,, single leg trouser decorations, been tattooing to long to not know what we call a fully tattooed lower leg plus knee..but anyway we did this a few years back now, and the line work and soft shading has held up beautifully. Love this approach to making a leg scene, just adding little pieces of adornments to make a whole vibe. Love you lady and the times we get to spend doodling and mapping out the wild ways of the world, Looking forward to getting healed photos of you and ma's new ankle bitter!

One year later, 365 days to the date! Since last August I've said each time we get to see one another I gotta get a healed photo! And each time we've just gotten lost in good times. Weird how when we finally actually got serious and dropped trousers it was the same day but different year,, but numbers and patterns and odd little coincidences have kinda been our teether of sorts. But when your bonded on Dundas grounds before cell phones it's no surprise the vibe still be alive now is it? Bleeding hearts, song sparrow and cotton candy butterfly for my buddy. 🖤
