This week I finished this project for the lovely Niamh 💞 This was definitely a process that I have thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish. Niamh started with a day session where we realised that day sessions aren’t for everyone! It was a great opportunity to map out the piece but we agreed that it’s much better to leave an appointment feeling good and not pushed to the limit 🫶🏼 The next 3 sessions were done in 3 hour stints. We built up the piece gradually, working to Niamh’s time limits and to be honest, this just gave us more time to think through details 😁I would always much rather someone leave feeling all ok and ready for more, than regretting being on the bed for 5,6 or more hours!
