Thrilled to start posting some of these projects I've been doing lately. This is the result of two days back to back. All of these designs begin life as one of my paintings and then move through various stages of digital manipulation and finally after some adjustments/drawing on skin they come to life. The countless images that are brought forth from the imagination of the viewer is one of my favorite parts of doing these. It's kind of like finding a cool dragon in the clouds, while lying in the grass as a little kid. That's where tattooing these takes me. They've ignited a renewed passion for tattooing in me after 24 years, and it's exciting again.
